The MES5105A-2F is a compact, managed embedded industrial Ethernet switch from Maisvch Technology, designed for demanding industrial communication networks. It features 5 Fast Ethernet ports—2 fiber ports (100Base-FX) and 3 copper ports (10/100Base-T)—providing flexible connectivity for factory automation, smart cities, rail transportation, and energy management systems.

The switch operates on a store-and-forward architecture with a 1.2 Gbps backplane bandwidth and supports jumbo frames up to 9K bytes. It includes advanced Layer 2 management features such as 802.1Q VLAN, port rate limiting, storm suppression, port mirroring, and static multicast MAC binding.

For network reliability, the MES5105A-2F supports MW-Ringv1/v2 proprietary ring redundancy with <20ms recovery time, along with RSTP/STP for standard loop prevention. Management is accessible via web interface, MixView, or MaxView software, enabling remote monitoring and configuration.

Built for harsh environments, the fanless design uses industrial-grade components and operates from -40℃ to +75℃. The DC 9-24V power input includes reverse polarity protection, with typical power consumption under 2.67W. The embedded form factor (94×66×13.6mm) allows integration into control cabinets and other space-constrained industrial installations.
