Our Return & Refund Policy

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services

 SYSTECH BD: Return and Refund Policy

At SYSTECH BD, we strive to ensure every customer receives products in perfect condition. To maintain service quality and clarity, please review our Return and Refund Policy carefully.


1. In-Store Purchases

If you are purchasing products directly from any of our shops, you are required to check the products thoroughly in front of our sellers before finalizing the purchase.

  • Once the purchase is complete, the product will not be eligible for exchange or return later, even if issues occur.

  • However, the product will still be eligible for service and support based on its provided warranty (see our separate Warranty Policy).


2. Online Orders: Notification and Condition

For products ordered online, specific rules apply upon delivery:

A. Notification of Manufacturing Defect

  • If you notice or discover any manufacturing issues or problems after receiving the product, you must inform SYSTECH BD within 24 hours via our hotline service.

  • The product must be free of scratches, and the original product box must be intact (undamaged, unopened, and complete with all packaging) for it to be eligible for return/replacement.

B. Damaged/Incorrect Parcel

  • If you receive the product from the delivery person and the outer box appears broken, packet-damaged, or incorrect, we strongly request you do not receive or accept the product from the courier service.

  • If the customer accepts a product that is clearly courier-damaged, they will take full liability, and any complaint regarding that damage will not be acceptable by SYSTECH BD.

  • If the box appears incorrect, please do not open or damage the box. If you open the box, use the product, and destroy the box, the product will not be returnable.


3. Procedure for Defective Product Replacement

If you received a manufacturing defective product:

  • In-Shop Replacement: The customer must visit any of our SYSTECH BD shops, where our specialists will first review the product. Necessary steps will then be taken to change the product if it requires replacement.

  • Delivery Service Replacement: If a customer wishes to exchange the defective product through our delivery service, a replacement charge of TK. 200/- must be paid for service inside Dhaka. If outside Dhaka, only the applicable Courier charge will be payable.


4. Non-Returnable Scenarios

A return or refund is NOT applicable in the following cases:

  • Incompatibility/Change of Mind: If you purchase a product online after reading the description and provided information, and the product is received successfully without any faults, but later you find it is not compatible with your setup or you no longer want the product, you will not be allowed to change or return it.

  • Software: After purchasing any software or software license, a return or refund is not applicable.

  • Physical Damage: Products showing signs of customer misuse, physical damage, or missing/damaged original packaging (as noted in Section 2).


5. Refund Processing

  • With specific, acceptable reasoning, product(s) may be allowed to be returned, and the money will be refunded back to you within 3 to 10 working days. For online purchases, the procedure may take longer to execute.

  • Refund Charges: Charges are applicable for refunds made via All kinds of Mobile Financial Services, Online Gateway, or POS payments. These charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Cashback Deduction: If the customer received any cashback at the time of the original payment, the cashback amount will be deducted while making the refund.
